OECC主導の「平成29 年度中国におけるコベネフィット型低炭素社会構築支援方策調査・検討委託業務」の一環として、中国からの研修員を対象とした訪日研修を実施した。この訪日研修において、江蘇省と福岡県の都市間連携モデル事業（VOC 対策関連設備含む）に関する講義を行った。

IPBES における５カ年（2014-2018 年）の作業計画を踏まえ、IPBES総会、学際的専門家パネル（以下「MEP」という。）、専門家会合、タスクフォース等の会合における議論に我が国が貢献できるように、国内専門家等によって構成される執筆のための情報共有の場の設定や専門家ヒアリング等を通じて科学的知見に関する情報を整理・収集するとともに、我が国の科学的知見を国際的な生物多様性及び生態系サービスに関する科学と政策の統合に向けた議論や成果物に効果的にインプットすることを目的として、本業務を実施した。本報告書はその成果をとりまとめたものである。
