2025年初頭、中国発AIモデル「DeepSeek」がGPT-4並みの性能を1/10のコストで実現、世界を驚かせた。2017年の「次世代人工智能発展規画」から始まった中国のAI戦略は、2024年の「AI＋」政策へと進化し、AI核心産業規模は目標の8兆円を超え12兆円 達した。気候変動対策分野では、仮想発電所や鉄鋼・セメント業でのAI活用により大幅な省エネ・CO2削減を実現。今後は「AI自体のグリーン化」と「AIによる社会のグ ーン化」の二軸で、経済成長と脱炭素の両立に挑む。
