平成30年度のIPBES関連国内支援業務の業務報告書です。IPBES第6回総会報告会、IPBES国内連絡会、IPBES評価報告書SPM和訳、IPBESシンポジウム等の成果をとりまとめています。

平成27年11月、日本では「気候変動の影響への適応計画」が閣議決定された。開発途上国の適応計画を支援することは日本の適応計画の戦略の一つとして盛り込まれており、科学的知見に基づいた有効な計画策定の支援を行うこととしている。本年度の事業においては、「平成27年度適応イニシアティブ推進のための地域横断的人材育成等に向けた調査・検討業務」および「平成28 年度および平成29年度アジア太平洋地域における気候変動適応分野の知見共有、人材育成支援業務」を通じて構築した気候変動影響評価の手法のアップスケールや、適応の政策や事業化に貢献するツール開発や能力向上を目的とした人材育成、知見共有等を行うことを目的とし、さらに、我が国が国連気候変動枠組条約第22 回締約国会議（UNFCCC COP22...
