日本環境衛生センターが環境省からの委託業務として、2025年1月27日（月）～１月31日（金）に実施したタイ国の天然資源環境省（MONRE）公害管理局（PCD）、工業省工場局（DIW）、内務省 （MOI）地方自治振興局（DLA）の職員に対する研修に貢献。IGES堀田が「日本の拡大生産者責任（EPR）制度とアジアでの展開とその課題について」、中央大学佐々木創教授と連携して研修を実施した。
