本報告書は、環境省委託事業「2019 年度二国間クレジット制度の対象国における効率的な制度実施体制の検討等及びMRV 等の実施支援委託業務」に関する成果をまとめたものである。本業務では、JCMパートナー国におけるJCMの効果的な実施のための透明性の向上並びにJCMのプロジェクトサイクル下でのMRV手続の円滑な実施及びJCMプロジェクトのさらなる拡大に資することを目的として、対象国等における各種コンサルテーション、ワークショップ・セミナー等の実施、MRV手法の検討並びにその適切な実施のための支援などを行った。
本報告書は、アジア水環境パートナーシップ(WEPA)参加国における水環境問題の解決に向けたガバナンス強化と能力構築を目的として、令和元年度に実施した現地調査や会合の開催、WEPAデータベースに掲載されている水環境保全政策や技術情報の拡充等に関する活動の成果をまとめたものである。
