熱帯泥炭地における温室効果ガス( GHG )排出抑制は喫緊の課題である。インドネシア政府の泥炭地政策は、過去 10 年で排水開発から高水位管理へと大きく転換した。しかし、 GHG 排出抑制には泥炭ドーム全体の水位回復が必要であり、多様なステークホルダーが同じ泥炭ドームを利用する現状では、泥炭ドーム全体の水位管理は容易ではない。本稿では、西カリマンタン州の泥炭地を事例として、ステークホルダー間の連携促進策について論じる。
