本事業では国内外のグリーンファイナンスに関する最新情報の収集・整理を行うと共に、「グリーンファイナンスポータル」を通じて情報公開を進めた。また、ガイドライン改訂作業補助、有識者会議の開催・運営を経て、「グリーンボンドガイドライン及びサステナビリティ・リンク・ボンドガイドライン 2024年版」、「グリーンローン及びサステナビリティ・リンク・ローンガイドライン 2024年版」の公開を実現した。加えて、サステナブルファイナンスの国際動向に関する定期的な調査・報告や、勉強会の開催等も行った。本報告書は、それらの活動を、年間実績として記すものである。

The presentation provides a few insights based on IGES on ongoing projects in India. It was shared at the launch of Japan-India Sustainability Alliance (JISA) at Tsukuba University, Japan.

「令和５年度グリーンファイナンス市場の形成促進に関する調査・分析・発信等委託業務」は、国内外のグリーンファイナンスに関する調査・分析・発信等を行い、国内のグリーンファイナンス市場の形成促進に寄与することを目的とした事業である。 本報告書は、同業務の報告書である。

本業務では、令和４年度内に開催された準備会合に続いて令和５年に開催された札幌Ｇ７環境関連会合に関する支援等を行った。特に、議論に必要となる資料の収集・分析、成果文書案の分析、報告書の作成等を行い、また同会合や準備会合等に関する技術支援等を行い、会合の成果が環境政策の推進に資するよう業務を行った。
