本報告書は、令和４年度ESG金融実践促進に向けた 調査及び環境整備委託業務に伴い実施した、国内外のグリーンファイナンス動向の調査、有識者が出席する検討会の実施及び市場関係者へのヒアリング、国内外のシンポジウム等への出席、 「グリーンファイナンスポータル」の構築しとコンテンツ発信 を、年間実績として記すものである。
委託報告書
2023 年のＧ７サミットは、日本が議長国を務め、2023 年５月に広島で開催することが決定している。また、サミットの開催に合わせ、様々なＧ７関係閣僚会合が開催される予定であり、北海道札幌市において、環境省が経済産業省とともに、気候・エネルギー・環境大臣会合（開催予定日：2023 年４月15 日（土）～16 日（日））を開催する。本大臣会合に先立ち、令和５年１月から準備会合が開催された。 本業務では、これらＧ７会合（サミット及び大臣会合並びにその準備・関連会合）に関して、議論に必要となる資料の収集・分析、成果文書案の分析、報告書の作成等を行い、また同会合や準備会合等に関する技術支援等を行い、会合の成果が環境政策の推進に資するよう、業務を行った。

Japan Singapore Partnership Programme for the 21st Century (JSPP21): Course on Green Economy
The presentation/training material was provided to participants from 12 countries in a course on the green economy organized for the second time by the SCP (Singapore Cooperation Program) and JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency).
