中国の中央政府、大気汚染対策重点地域及び代表的な中国地方政府等の大気汚染政策・対策・措置等に関する重要情報を収集整理し、併せて関連施策の分析等を行うことにより政策動向の実態を把握し、もって日本の地方自治体等の連携方策検討に資することを目的に実施した。
