兵庫県からの委託により、兵庫県における再生可能エネルギー利用拡大のポテンシャル及び現状の課題、利用拡大に向けた方策について分析・取りまとめを行いました。

日本・インド両国の環境協力を促進するため、以下の業務を実施した。 （１）インドにおける環境インフラの導入・展開に向けた調査検討； １）インドにおける環境インフラの導入・展開に向けた課題の整理、２）環境インフラ海外展開プラットフォームと JITMAP の連携検討を行った。 （２） 日本の脱炭素・低炭素技術の国際普及に向けた JITMAP を活用したウェビナー等の開催；インドにおいてニーズの高い大気汚染及び気候変動分野における環境技術の導入を促進するため、日本の技術紹介や関連する規制についてインド政府向けに紹介するウェビナーを開催した。 （３） 普及啓発資料の作成；インド国政府やインドの民間事業者向けに JITMAPの活動及び日本の環境技術の普及を促進するため、これらを紹介する普及啓発資料を...

本調査ではベトナム社会主義共和国ソクチャン省において 再生可能エネルギー分野 で、温室効果ガス排出量の削減ならびにそれ寄与するJCM 案件形成や都市間の 連携強化を目的として調査を実施した。対象国であるベトナム 、そしてソクチャン省 の地政学、経済状況農業特に米作対 の地政学、経済状況、農業特に米作対する基礎調査を行った。また、 広島県とソクチャン省の都市間連携について検討を行い、 ワークショップ（オンライ）を開催した。また、籾殻固形燃料、太陽光発電ステム及 び BEMSの活用による CO2削減の可能性を検討した。
