本事業は環境省令和2年度「脱炭素社会実現のための都市間連携事業委託業務」に基づき実施するものである。 令和２年(2020年)を迎え、パリ協定の実施段階の環境下で中央政府は勿論、自治体・都市を含む非政府主体による気候変動を加速させることが掲げられている。具体的な地域の気候変動対策を検討・実施するうえで、都市や自治体はキープレーヤーである。世界全体での脱炭素社会の実現に向けては、持続可能な脱炭素社会あるいはその通過点としての低炭素社会構築への動きを加速させることが必要であり、社会経済の発展を支える活動の場である都市の脱炭素化・低炭素化に向けて、国際的にも都市の取組を支援する動きが強化されてきている。我が国も環境省の旧来の「低炭素社会実現のための都市間連携事業」や本事業等を通じて...

兵庫県からの委託により、兵庫県における再生可能エネルギー利用拡大のポテンシャル及び現状の課題、利用拡大に向けた方策について分析・取りまとめを行いました。
