カーボンプライシングの２つの側面　〜「成長戦略」をいかに組み込むか？〜（前編）

本研究では、日本国内の中でも陸上・洋上風力のポテンシャルが多く存在するとともに、東京を中心とした電力大需要地がある、東日本全域（北海道地域、東北地域、関東地域から構成される）を対象とし、既存の送電設備のままで効率的な送電線混雑管理に資する実潮流に基づく送電系統運用を行った場合の電力需給シミュレーションを行った。分析する際には、発電側の設定変化に対する結果の差異を検証するために、Base、RE及びRE+Nucの3つのシナリオを想定した。 ３つのシナリオ分析の結果から、本分析で置いた前提の範囲内では、1)実潮流に基づく送電系統運用の導入、2) 火力発電の調整力の活用、3)揚水式、非揚水式のうち調整池式及び貯水池式の水力発電の調整力の活用を行うことで、陸上風力を12GW（2018年度の6倍...
