韓国は2015年に全国排出量取引制度を導入し、2021年からは第3フェーズ（2021-2025年）を運用しています。 第3フェーズでは、対象事業者は684社に拡大し、2021年の年間取引量は過去最大(5415万トン／年)でした。取引価格は4万ウォン／トンを記録した2020年3月以降、落ち着きを取り戻しつつありますが、政策動向やマーケット心理などの影響によって価格の変動幅が大きくなる現象も見受けられます。本ウェビナーでは、全国排出量取引制度のこれまでの歩みをおさらいしながら、ユン政権の政策方針との関係や今後の展望についてIGES研究員が解説しました。
