里山ランドスケープの再生―戦略的に取り組む

平成３０年度多国間協力を通じた３Ｒ推進に関する調査業務では、ＵＮＥＰ国際資源パネル（IRP）および経済協力開発機構（OECD）資源生産性廃棄物作業部会（ＷＰＲＰＷ）支援業務を実施した。この他、G7資源効率性アライアンス支援、富山物質循環フレームワークフォローアップ調査、並びに循環経済促進のためのプラットフォーム（PACE）の活動支援等を実施した。

本稿では，EU プラスチック戦略，EU 廃棄物改正指令内容や欧米企業動向を整理し，最近の循環経済関連国際動向について議論した。
