近年、EUでは循環経済の実現に向け、環境面においても様々な法規制が導入されており、この分野における世界のルールメーカーとしての存在感を高めています。世界的な循環経済政策・関連法規制のトレンドを把握し、今後、ビジネスで求められる対応を的確に進めるべく、各国の企業がEUの規制動向に注目しています。 ただし、EUの循環経済・関連法規制の内容は膨大で、それぞれが複雑に関連し合うため、全体像を正確に把握するのは容易ではありません。そこで、この記事ではその背景や読み解き方を解説しています。
