本報告書は、環境省委託業務の「AP-PLAT を通じた途上国適応計画策定並びに実装支援業務」で実施された業務について詳細を記述したものである。主な業務は、(1)Adaptation Planning 関連支援業務、(2)気候資金プロポーザル策定支援とその能力強化の実施、(3)関連機関とのネットワーク構築、(4)パートナー機関との連携とAP-PLAT 関連会合の実施の4つである。

本稿では，EU・一部の欧州国の修理に関する各種施策や取り組みについて整理を行い，修理事業・修理行動のさらなる促進に向けて，修理の障壁と政策とのギャップについて触れた。
