　温室効果ガス（GHG ）の排出量が世界一の中国。習近平国家主席は2020 年9 月、国連総会で30 年より前にピークアウト（排出量の頭打ち）、60 年までカーボンニュートラル（炭素中立）を実現すると明言した。農業も、重要な分野として政策の実施や技術開発が進んでいる。
