今般、環境省において「グリーンボンドガイドライン2017年版」（以下、本ガイドライン）が公表された。専門家による検討会、海外の市場関係者や第三者委員会からのインプット、パブリックコメント等を経たものとなっており、今後の日本国内におけるグリーンボンド市場の普及に貢献することが期待される。 本稿では、本ガイドラインの特徴を整理した上で、グリーンボンドが広く普及しつつある欧州（EU）における課題とその対応に関する調査結果を参照し、日本の今後のグリーンボンド市場の拡大に向け更に検討すべき事項を示唆するものである。

アジア太平洋３Ｒ白書は、廃棄物分野のデータ、情報、指標を整備すること で、同地域が国レベルでも、自治体レベルでも循環産業の発展を含め３Ｒの実 施と環境の配慮した廃棄物管理を実施できるよう支援するものであり、技術協 力や技術移転の具体的な内容を明確にできると期待されている。 本業務は、2017年度に開催予定の第８回アジア太平洋３Ｒ推進フォーラムに おいて、その成果を出版・公表することが予定されているところであるため、 UNCRDと連携して、アジア太平洋３Ｒ白書の作成に関し、本プロジェクトのリ ード国として我が国の経験・知見を積極的に発信するとともに、その取り纏め に貢献する。

近年自動撮影カメラの技術的発達により、中大型哺乳類の長期モニタリングが非常に容易になった。このことから今後、中大型哺乳類の生態について多くの生態学的知見が新たに得られることが予想される。その一例として京都大学芦生研究林上谷の152 haの範囲に20ランダム点を選定し、自動撮影カメラを設置して2013年～2016年の4年間、中大型野生動物の定量的なモニタリングを継続して行った。 撮影された全枚数のうちニホンジカは8割近くを占めたが、他にも11種の中大型哺乳類が撮影された。特に注目すべき点は、奥山にも関わらずハクビシンが相当程度生息していること、2000年代以降目撃数が激減したニホンカモシカを1回であるが記録したことである。また撮影頻度には大きな季節変動が見られた。ニホンジカの撮影頻度は毎年4...
