パリ協定の1.5度目標を達成するためには、温室効果ガス排出量とエネルギー消費量の約7割を占める都市の脱炭素化を加速させる必要があります。同時に、環境汚染や循環経済などの多様な課題を統合的に解決することが求められています。 IGESは環境省と連携し、2013年度から「脱炭素社会実現のための都市間連携事業（C3P）」を推進してきました。本セミナーでは、C3Pに関わる国内外の専門家や自治体、企業が一堂に会し、脱炭素化への取り組みを共有しました。
