環境省の請負事業により、ミャンマーの環境影響評価制度・運用実態について、調査を実施し、とりまとめた報告書。ミャンマー環境影響評価手続きに係る基礎情報、国際的な環境影響評価手続き・基準との比較と注意点、環境影響評価の実施実績とこれを取り巻く状況、関連する現地政府機関･国際機関のコンタクト、その他参考資料等が盛り込まれている。

本論の目的は，インドネシアの気候変動緩和対策の現状を明らかにし，また，その実施上の課題を明確化することである。特に政権交代後の政策面や組織・調整面の動向に着目し，潜在的な課題・阻害要因につき，インタビュー調査や文献調査により検討を行う。その結果，関係ステークホルダー間の連携や調整の強化，緩和計画などの政策面の強化が今後の緩和対策実施上の課題として確認された。
