2020 年には2000億元までに拡大するとされる再エネ補助金の未払い問題は、中国政府の大きな悩みである（前回シリーズを参照）。太陽光発電だけを見ても、買取補助額がたった4年間で10倍以上に膨らみ、2013年の57.36億元から2017年の602.82億元に達した。根本的な原因は、設備投資バブルに対し、行政の対策が出遅れたからである。設備設置コストが年々低下したのに対し国が補助基準をタイムリーに見直さなかったことが大きい。

平成30年度林野庁委託事業「森林吸収源インベントリ情報整備事業（パリ協定の詳細ルール合意を見据えた技術的課題の分析・検討）」報告書

平成３０年度多国間協力を通じた３Ｒ推進に関する調査業務では、ＵＮＥＰ国際資源パネル（IRP）および経済協力開発機構（OECD）資源生産性廃棄物作業部会（ＷＰＲＰＷ）支援業務を実施した。この他、G7資源効率性アライアンス支援、富山物質循環フレームワークフォローアップ調査、並びに循環経済促進のためのプラットフォーム（PACE）の活動支援等を実施した。
