２０２１年７月に正式に取引を開始した中国全国排出量取引制度（ETS）は、今年７月２１日をもって４年目に突入した。中国ETSは２年間を一つの計画期間とし、今年は第３計画期間（２０２３年～２０２４）の締めくくりの年になる。 　第１計画期間（２０１９年～２０２０年）が対象としている事業者は2162社、合計排出量（二酸化炭素）は４５億ｔ前後に対し、２０２４年現在、対象事業者数は2257社、その合計排出量は国全体排出量の４０％以上に相当する５１億ｔである。今後、規制範囲は、更に拡大される見込みである。

近年、グリーンボンド等のサステナブル金融商品の発行額の増加が顕著である。これら金融商品の財務面でのパフォーマンスは重要だが、同時に気候変動等の環境問題が危機的な状況にある中、環境面でのインパクトを創出し、貢献することも非常に重要である。サステナブル金融商品に関する学術論文は増加傾向にあるが、これら論文はどの程度環境課題にフォーカスしてきたのかは明らかではない。本研究ではサステナブルファイナンスの中でも、特にサステナブル金融商品に焦点をあて、サステナブル金融商品のインパクトを議論している学術論文が、どのような観点からどのようなテーマを対象にインパクトを扱ってきたか、さらに、これら金融商品による環境課題へのインパクトについてどのような結果を導いたかを探る。
