The Tokyo Sustainability Forum aims to facilitate impact generation with various stakeholders, particularly those based in Tokyo. It hosts the IPBES technical support unit for the assessment of invasive alien species (IPBES-TSU-IAS) and is co-located with the office of ICLEI Japan. The Forum implements the Japan Biodiversity Fund (JBF) IPBES Capacity building project and also works on collaboration in the areas of biodiversity and sustainability at the sub-national government level with the Natural Resources and Ecosystem Services unit and the City Taskforce, respectively.
