2021年G20エネルギー・気候合同大臣会合の結果

1.5℃特別報告書の発表以降、国連気候変動枠組条約第26 回締約国会合（COP26）に向けて、長期目標を2℃から1.5℃に軸足を移そうという機運が高まってきており、G7 では1.5℃目標とそれに向けた2050 年ネット・ゼロ達成が合意された。また、G7 気候・環境大臣会合（以下、G７大臣会合）で発表された声明文では、他の主要排出国に対しても同様の約束をすることを強く求めており、まさに主要排出国の集まりであるG20 でどのような合意がなされるのかが注目された。本ブリーフィングノートでは、 G20 エネルギー・気候合同大臣会合（以下、G20 大臣会合）の成果文書である声明文のうち、「気候変動に対する行動」に関する内容を中心に解説する。特に、今年5 月に開催されたG7 大臣会合の声明文と比較し...
