2016年度 環境省より「海外におけるCO2排出削減 技術評価・検証事業委託業務」の実施について委託を受け、アジア工科大学（AIT）及び国連大学サステイナビリティ高等研究所（UNU-IAS）と連携し、調査、研修等を実施した。 本業務においては、エネルギー対策特別会計を用いた海外でのCO2 排出削減事業の効果測定、優先順位付け等に貢献することを目的に、以下の業務を実施した。 　*　JCM 事業の検証とさらなる戦略強化 　*　国際機関と連携した低炭素技術普及の推進 　*　低炭素技術の途上国への普及に資する手段、機会の分析、戦略等の提案 　*　先進諸国等の技術移転スキームに関する調査 本書は本委託業務の実施報告書。
