慶應大学 総合政策・環境情報学部の「地球環境政策」のオムニバス形式の講義で、IGES 堀田康彦がゲスト講師として、持続可能な消費と生産のための政策デザインと題して講義を行った。内容としては、SCP政策領域の拡大、SCP政策の異なるアプローチ、アジア途上国での消費と生産の重心の移動、SCP政策の介入ポイント、コロナ禍での変化、ビジョン創発型の政策デザインの重要性などを論じた。
