1992年の地球サミットから20年が経過し、いま新たにリオ＋20として、持続可能な開発に関する大きな会議の機会が到来している。その準備プロセスでは、この期間における進捗の評価や現在急務の課題に加え、「持続可能な開発と貧困根絶の文脈でのグリーン経済」および「持続可能な開発のための制度的枠組」の2つが主要議題として挙げられ、議論されてきた。 本レポートは、この中のグリーン経済に着目し、その論点を整理する。まず第1章においては、これらの準備プロセスにおける議論を俯瞰するとともに、本会議事務局より発表されているリオ＋20の成果文書のゼロドラフトの内容を紹介する。続く第2章では、G20諸国が本準備プロセスにおいてグリーン経済に対して述べた見解を、時系列順にまとめ、各国意見の一貫性や変化を捉える...
