This is a series of international seminars at the UNAM in Mexico City. The objective is to identify the foundations of the cities of the future and to analyse the concepts, problems and examples of this theme in the world. The author presented tha case studies of Tokyo, Bhutan, and Mexico City as a scenario analysis of the future of cities.

社会変革に向かう潮流の中で、二酸化炭素（CO 2）排出量削減に資する取り組みと、社会課題を解決しつつ、人々の暮らしを豊かにする取り組みがうまく調和すれば、新たな事業機会へとつながっていく。本稿では、これらの変革をどのように促していくかという視点から、先進企業の取り組み事例を紹介する。
