兵庫県からの委託により、兵庫県における再生可能エネルギー利用拡大のポテンシャル及び現状の課題、利用拡大に向けた方策について分析・取りまとめを行いました。

本報告書は、JCMを活用した優れた脱炭素・低炭素技術の展開及びJCMプロジェクトを契機とした横展開や普及拡大を更に強化していくため、途上国の長期戦略の策定支援に向けたNDC実施支援や、脱炭素都市の形成に向けた都市の取り組み支援を行った、環境省委託業務の成果をまとめたものである。

主に中小事業者向けに、再生可能エネルギーの利用を進める際に理解しておくべき様々なキーワードをまとめ、簡潔に解説しました。SDGsやESGといった社会の動きから、FIP制度や証書制度といった制度まで幅広くカバーしており、各キーワードにつき1ページで図表を多く使って解説しています。
