本稿は、2013年4月から開始されるIGESの第6期の統合的戦略研究計画の最終版である。IGESは2012年4月より公益財団法人に移行し、新たな評議員会および理事会のもとで重要事項を定め、運営していくこととなった。第6期の統合的戦略研究計画は、この新たな体制のもと議論を深めてきたところであり、2013年1月29日のIGESの理事会で討議し、同2月12日に評議員会で承認されたものである。IGESは、その憲章のミッションを達成すべく、新しい体制の下で、今まで以上に効果的かつ効率的な運営に努めていく必要がある。本計画は、そのことを明確にするために作成されたものである。 第6期におけるIGESの研究領域を、持続可能な開発に関する３つの柱、すなわち「環境」、「経済」及び「社会」により整理する 。...
