日本熱帯生態学会第36回大会公開シンポジウム＠大阪公立大学 近年、熱帯では小農が商業用農林産物の生産担い手として台頭している。 一方、商業用農林産物の生産拡大に伴う森林減少対策として、需要側アプローチ（Demand-side approach）による取組（認証、EUDR等）が拡大しているが、これらの取組は、効果検証が不十分なうえ、非効率、小農の排除につながる可能性がある。 いくつかの国では国家・準国家トレーサビリティシステム構築によって小農の需要側アプローチ対応を支援・包摂している。これらの取組は結果的にネーチャーポジティブ達成に貢献する可能性がある。

日本の近海および沿岸域を汚染している放棄・遺棄・投棄された漁具（ゴーストギア）は、日本国内から発生したものに加え、多くは近隣諸国を含む他国から漂着したものである。このことから、ゴーストギア対策は日本のみでなくアジア諸国全体で取り組むことが必要である。国際的にはゴーストギア対策を進める動きがあり、特に欧州や北米地域では様々な対策が進んでいるが、東アジア地域においても各国が対策に取り組んでいるものの、その現状はまだ我が国ではほとんど知られていなかった。そこで、本業務では、韓国と台湾を対象とし、ゴーストギアに関する両国の現状（流出の背景と現状、法制度、政府・民間による取組、その成果等）を明らかにすることを目的として、ステークホルダーに対するインタビュー調査を行った。
