東アジア環境政策研究会（REEPs）の科研研究プロジェクト（基盤研究（A））「東アジアの持続可能な未来に向けたエネルギー、資源、土地利用の大転換と制度改革」は東アジアレベルでのエネルギー、資源、環境など総合的な視点からの問題把握と解決への処方箋を見出すことを目的とします。この度、エネルギー分野の最一線で活躍されている中国国家発展改革委員会エネルギー研究所のZhou Fuqiu主任とFeng Shenbo研究員、Den Liangchen研究員、地球環境戦略研究所（IGES）の昔宣希研究員を招聘し、講演を行います。
