2015年頃から認識が高まったプラスチックによる海洋汚染問題、パリ協定に基づく温室効果ガス削減に関し、ベトナム政府は2019年に国家計画を策定しました。ベトナムで急速に経済成発展しているダナン市において、IGESは、ダナン市-横浜市都市間連携を通じ、環境省やJICA等による協力・支援のもと、「ダナン市環境10年計画(2020-2030年)」の策定プロセスの中で、循環型経済、廃棄物、海洋プラスチック、低炭素開発等の分野で貢献しました。
