第 5 回 IGES 賛助会員セミナー「環境報告書の現状と未来」が 2003 年 3 月 13 日（木） フォーラムよこはまにおいて開催された。 國部克彦プロジェクトリーダー（神戸大学教授）による問題提起では、環境報告書にお ける情報開示の継続的な課題として、比較可能性と信頼性、新たな課題としてサスティナ ビリティ報告書への展開という 3 つの問題が提示された。 次に、平山主任研究員より東証一部上場企業への環境報告書発行状況調査と、2000 年、 2001 年に発行された環境報告書の内容分析の結果が紹介された。2002 年においては東証一 部全上場企業 1496 社のうち約 25％（374 社）が環境報告書を発行している。また、発行 していない企業に発行意思を尋ねたところ...
