This submission provides inputs to the first Global Stocktake based on key findings from our transparency capacity building activities such as the mutual learning program for enhanced transparency (MLP) and the Asian Transparency Workshop (ATW).

The project brochure introduces the outline of the programme and the overviews of 20 projects implemented under the MOEJ's programme "FY2020 City-to-City Collaboration for Zero-Carbon Society".
