パリ協定６条実施パートナーシップ センター長
2016年から2023年まで日本環境省の国際企画官として、気候変動枠組条約（UNFCCC）の日本政府代表団においてパリ協定第6条の交渉官を担当し、パリ協定6条のルール交渉を主導した。また、2022年から2023年までパリ協定第6条4項メカニズム（パリ協定クレジットメカニズム）監督機関のアジア太平洋地域代表メンバーとしてメカニズムのルール策定や方法論基準の作成に貢献した。
