The National Action Plan on Sustainable Consumption and Production for the Period of 2021-2030 in Vietnam was developed by the Ministry of Trade Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam with the technical support from the working group of Vietnam (MOIT: Nguyen Thi Lam Giang - The Director General, Leader of the Group; The Government Office: Pham Thi Ngoc Dung; MOIT: Dang Hai Dung, Tran Thi Thu Hang, Kieu Nguyen Viet Ha, Vu Huyen Phuong, Lai Thi Lan Huong, Cu Huy Quang, Lai Duc Tuan; MONRE: Nguyen Thi Thien Phuong; MARD: Ngo Quang Tu; MOET: Nguyen Duc Trung; MOF: Nguyen Thu Thuy; MOJ: Nguyen Thuy Hang) and from IGES experts (Peter King, Caixia Mao, Ngoc-Bao Pham, Xin Zhou, Mustafa Moinuddin, EEI: Nguyen Lien, Nguyen Tram Anh), under the supervision of the EU SWITCH-Asia SCP Facility (Arab Hoballah and Ira Larasaty).
