ASEAN 等の多くの開発途上国では、経済成長に伴い使用済電気電子機器等の廃棄物(E-waste)が増加する一方、これらの適正処理がなされず、健康障害及び土壌・水質等の環境汚染の拡大が懸念され、更には不適正な越境移動が数多く報告される状況となっている。本事業の目的は、ASEAN 等の途上国で E-wasteを適正に回収・解体して、E-scrap(廃電子基板等)や廃蓄電池(廃リチウムイオン蓄電池等)を日本へ輸入した後、環境負荷が少なく回収率の高い日本の優れた前処理や精錬技術を用いて重要金属へ再生することである。 令和7年度の業務では、廃棄物3R財団が、タイ・フィリピン・マレーシア・インドネシア・ベトナムの業務統括支援を行った。IGESは、その中で、E...
