This file serves as a comprehensive supporting dataset for Chapter 3 (Scaling Cooperation: Bilateral Agreements and the Article 6.4 Mechanism) and Chapter 4 (The Role of Independent Carbon Standards to Support Article 6 Implementation) of the Paris Agreement Article 6 Implementation Status Report (2025 Edition) by cataloguing projects underpinning international cooperation under Article 6. It compiles standardized, project‑level data drawn from publicly available registries covering bilateral cooperation initiatives (Article 6.2), prior consideration notifications and CDM transitions under the Article 6.4 mechanism, and independent carbon‑market standards, with global coverage. For each project, the dataset records key attributes such as host and acquiring Parties, sector and activity type under the Article 6 common nomenclature, registry status, authorization and transition indicators, crediting timelines, and estimated emission reductions. By presenting both registered and pipeline activities across a wide range of sectors, the file provides the empirical backbone for analysis of the scale, diversity, and geographic distribution of cooperative approaches under Article 6.
