カンボジアにおける有機性廃棄物の分別・利用促進による３R（リデュース・リユース・リサイクル）実施によるGHG排出量の削減を目指し、モデル事業の展開とそれに伴うGHG排出削減量の測定を実施した。さらにカンボジア国内における他の都市部および同様の経済状況であるラオス・ミャンマーにおける有機廃棄物の分別・利用促進の普及を目指し、ワークショップを開催した。モデル事業では、バッタンバン市のBouengu Chhuuk市場を対象とし、有機性廃棄物の分別・運搬、分別された廃棄物をコンポスト化すると共に、MRV方法論に必要なデータの精度向上やコンポストプロセスの効率化の向上を目指した。
