Vulnerability and capacity assessment index for natural resource based communities and guidelines

This presentation was delivered to an internal orientation workshop with the NABARD staff on the vulnerability and capacity assessment methodology developed as a part of the NABARD-Adapt Asia collaboration overseen by AECOM and funded by USAID. The presentation provides an overview of current available methodologies on vulnerability and capacity assessment and what is relevant for the work of NABARD.
