タイにおいて、都市系有機廃棄物の管理およびリサイクルに対するMRV実施に向けて、地方自治体の能力向上を目指し、モデル事業の実施を行った。モデル事業から得られた知見を利用し、気候変動緩和のための廃棄物管理に関するワークショップを開催した。さらに、タイにおける廃棄物管理に関するMRV開発の状況とJCM/BOCMの連携可能性を探るとともに、ライフサイクルを考慮した廃棄物管理に伴うGHG排出量の推計ツールを改良した。
