Institutional Analysis of MRV of Financial Support to Developing Countries: Potential Design Options and Challenges

This presentation presents the preliminary results of the IGES research on the measurement, reporting and verification (MRV) of support and looks at the elements of funding support, capacity building, and technology development/transfer, which make up support for developing countries. It also gives a broad overview of the development of the negotiations while sorting out similar structures from the viewpoint of MRV, and analyses the structure of the modalities.
