低炭素都市データベース: 地方レベルのデータの必要性、有無そして情報源の考察

This draft report documents progress made on the “Low Carbon Technology Transfer Preparedness Database Project”, supported by the Ministry of Environment Japan in FY 2014. The report’s key focus lies on documenting subnational data gaps, sources and access issues whilst also describing contributions made to international processes on data and sustainable development in relation to the project. Furthermore, the report includes a chapter detailing an initial needs-assessment of database end-users, which will be of great value for the refinement of indicators and the potential expansion of the database in future project phases.
