本論の目的は,インドネシアの気候変動緩和対策の現状を明らかにし,また,その実施上の課題を明確化することである。特に政権交代後の政策面や組織・調整面の動向に着目し,潜在的な課題・阻害要因につき,インタビュー調査や文献調査により検討を行う。その結果,関係ステークホルダー間の連携や調整の強化,緩和計画などの政策面の強化が今後の緩和対策実施上の課題として確認された。
