本稿は、コロナ禍における大気汚染・気候変動・保健の関係性を説明し、これらの課題に対する統合的なアプローチの必要性を強調している。各国でコロナ復興策が決定される中、より良い復興を実現するには、短期的にはコロナ対策を実施し、長期的には温室効果ガス(GHG)を多く排出するような開発を避けるといった、統合的な判断が鍵となる。IGESのトリプルRフレームワークを活用し、大気の質や気候、ひいては健康の向上につながるための統合的な取り組みについて述べている。
