欧州を中心とした国際的な資源効率・循環経済の政策動向　/ International policy trends of Resource Efficiency/ Circular Economy –focusing on the policy development of Europe -

本稿では、欧州を中心とした国際的な資源効率・循環経済の政策動向について、特にEUにおいて持続可能な資源管理・資源効率・循環経済の政策発展が進む中で、経済と環境の政策統合、物質資源効率と低炭素政策の調和がはかられてきた経緯を示し、その内容を分析しつつ、わが国の資源効率政策の今後の方向性について議論している。The paper discusses that environment and social economic policy have been integrated especially in Europe. Integration or harmonization of climate change policy or economic policy with resource efficiency/circular economy, investment / financing perspectives, social issues derived from economic transition are found as emerging agenda in resource efficiency /circular economy.
