2022 年12 月に開催された生物多様性条約第15 回締約国会議第二部において、生物多様性分野の新たな国際枠組みである昆明・モントリオール生物多様性枠組（KMGBF）が採択された。これを踏まえ、KMGBFの速やかな実施に向けた議論及び更なる開発が必要とされた議題について2023 年度に議論が行われた。これら議論に積極的に参加・貢献するため、本業務では、生物多様性枠組関連会合について、主に以下の業務を実施した。 (1)関連会合で扱われる主要議題の調査・分析 (2)3 つの関連会合（自然を活用した解決策（NbS）に関する政府間協議、生物多様性条約第 25 回科学技術助言補助機関会合（SBSTTA25）、生物多様性条約第8 条(j)及び関連規定に関する第12 回作業部会）における議論の把握...

東京大学未来ビジョン研究センター･グローバルコモンズセンターにおける食料バリュ ーチェーンにおける環境負荷等の見える化プロジェクト活動を推進するために、本業務では、ベトナムにおけるコーヒー及びガーナにおけるカカオを対象とし、以下の調査・研究業務を実施した： バリューチェーンの構造調査･分析、同バリューチェーンにおける環境･社会･経済面の課題調査･ 分析、並びに同課題の改善･解決策の検討 バリューチェーンにおける環境･社会･経済面の課題に対する改善･解決策の定量･定性的な効果 検証 環境負荷等の見える化に向けたサステナビリティ評価モデル策定支援 本報告書は、以上の業務の成果を取りまとめたものである。

経団連自然保護協議会が2011 年から 2019 年にかけて行っていた企業の生物多様性への取組に関するアンケート調査の継続と、 2022 年 12 月に採択された生物多様性条約の昆明・モントリオール生物多様性枠組(GBF)や 2023 年 9 月に枠組の確定版が発表された自然関連財務情報開示タスクフォース(TNFD)等の国際動向への企業の対応状況や 、これに向けての 課題・解決策を把握することを目的として、2023 年2月28日から4月28日にかけて、経団連企業会員1,529社を対象とするアンケート調査を実施した。本レポートは、その結果の単純集計とその解釈を中心とする、調査結果のファイナルレポートである。

本業務では、我が国が効果的にIPBES に貢献するとともに、国内でのIPBES 成果を普及し、科学的知見に基づく生物多様性に関する取組を国内で推進することを目的に、IPBES 総会に関する政府対応支援や、日本国内の専門家や関係省庁担当者間のIPBES関連情報の共有・意見交換を目的とした会合の開催等を行った。本報告書はその業務成果をとりまとめたものである。
