東京都と KL 市の都市間連携事業「 T2KLLCS 」（実施期間： 2019 年度～ 2021 年度）では、 KL 市における低炭素社会／ 2050 年ゼロカーボンシティ形成に向けて、東京都のノウハウを移転しながら KL 版の低炭素・ゼロカーボンビルディング実現・普及の制度構築を目指し、 KL 市保有の 1955 の公共建築物のエネルギー消費実態調査、削減ポテンシャルの推計、優先的に省エネ改修すべき公共建築物の選定、ガイドライン策定等の支援を行った。 その結果、ＫＬ市では公共建築物４棟の投資改修計画の策定・市独自の予算の確保がなされ、建物物制度だけに止まらず、 2050 年までにゼロ・カーボンを実現するために公共建築物・施設での太陽光導入が進められた。更に KL...
