福島県伊達市霊山町の関係者、国、福島県、県内市町村の除染・放射線対策担当者、福島県内で被災者支援などに活動するNPOなどを招いて、「第4回FAIRDO車座会議」を伊達市霊山町で開催しました。本会議では、引き続き、伊達市霊山町において、第３回車座会議で挙げられた課題を掘り下げ、共有しつつ「霊山町の復興とは？ 逆境からの新たな地域づくりを考える」ための議論を深めました。
